Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SDET Trainer to deliver an Advanced SDET training program for campus graduates. The trainer will mentor freshers and help them build strong expertise in automation testing, API testing, CI/CD integration, performance engineering, and security testing through hands-on projects.


Location - TRIVANDRUM (ONSITE, MANDATORY)


Engagement Details

  • Location: Trivandrum (Onsite)
  • Contract Duration: 1 year
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Schedule: Business Hours
  • Audience: Fresh graduate engineers
  • Experience: 10+ Yrs


Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, or SDET roles.
  • Strong experience in automation framework development and advanced testing practices.
  • Prior experience delivering corporate or campus training programs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for fresh graduates and early-career engineers.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Trivandrum (TA provided) and deliver training onsite
