Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who will own the complete development lifecycle of our application, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure backend and frontend systems. This role requires strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise in modern web technologies . Key Responsibilities: Lead development of web-based UI using React and backend services using Python/Django . Design and implement secure REST APIs for integration with CRM, Call Center, and AI models. Ensure responsive, SSO-integrated UI/UX for seamless user experience. Oversee code quality, version control, and CI/CD pipelines . Mentor junior developers and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability . Required Skills: 7?10 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript , and modern front-end frameworks. Expertise in Python/Django for backend development. Experience with REST API design , OAuth/SSO , and secure coding practices. Familiarity with CI/CD tools , Git , and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
