Position: Salesforce QA Automation Tester
Location: Chennai/Bangalore - Onsite
Shift Timing: General
Engagement Type: Full Time

About the role:
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications and building automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing (Sales/Service Cloud) and test automation, with a solid understanding of CRM workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications
Validate Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, third-party tools)
Execute functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
Ensure test coverage across releases and provide quality sign-off
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support test automation execution
Prepare test plans, test cases, and test reports

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Experience in QA Automation tools such as:
Selenium (preferred)
TestNG / JUnit
Provar / AccelQ (good to have)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git
Strong analytical and communication skills
