YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of transferrable experience
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold
- Experience in managing and developing a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
