Sales & Marketing Executive - Education Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our Study Abroad Consulting team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students who are interested in studying abroad and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, and universities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain strong communication with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain student data and update CRM records.

Requirements:

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or counselling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Malayalam & English Proficiency
• Ability to convince and guide students.
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of study abroad processes is an advantage.
