Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Proven expertise in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales plans
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets within deadlines
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales management roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is an advantage
