Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager at TurnB, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our market presence. This role requires a strategic, hands-on sales leader with strong enterprise client acquisition experience and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term retainer engagements.
You will also mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, collaborate closely with marketing to enhance brand visibility, and build effective sales-driven marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire high-value enterprise clients across industries
- Develop customized proposals and presentations showcasing TurnBβs value proposition
- Convert strategic opportunities into long-term retainer engagements
- Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Design and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Represent TurnB at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Collaboration with Marketing
- Partner with marketing to create sales-driven brand campaigns
- Provide inputs on messaging, content, and positioning
- Develop targeted lead-generation and marketing channels
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team
- Define KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Collaboration & Solution Alignment
- Work closely with delivery, consulting, and product teams
- Translate client challenges into analytics and AI-driven solutions
- Share client insights to improve offerings and solutions
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Track competitor strategies, pricing, and market positioning
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior leadership
- Ensure sustainable growth through strategic account management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in analytics, consulting, or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to enterprise clients
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Self-driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented
