Assistant Manager

Assistant category manager/merchandiser - Beauty

Role Summary:

Support the Category Manager in driving category growth through assortment planning, pricing support, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in category planning, assortment optimization, and SKU rationalization

• Track sales, margins, inventory, and key KPIs; prepare regular performance reports

• Coordinate with vendors for listings, pricing updates, promotions, and availability

• Support execution of promotions, launches, and campaigns across platforms

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights

• Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in category management, buying, or analytics

• Strong Excel / data analysis skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset
