Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Tamil Nadu, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing client relationships, and fostering new business opportunities. This role includes conducting market research, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting sales targets. Reporting to the sales manager, the candidate will work closely with the team to offer tailored solutions to customers while driving growth for the organization's product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and handling customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industrial and laboratory testing products, automation systems, and related industry technology
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic software applications
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute effective sales strategies
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & MBA in Marketing preferred
