React Native Developer

We are looking for an exceptionally strong coder who loves engineering, automation, architecture, and system thinking—someone who can be a long-term technical asset and help us build high-quality, scalable systems.

Experience: 1-3 years (Flexible for exceptional candidates)

You will engineer quality systems and contribute to architecture-level decisions through strong automation frameworks, tooling, and performance reliability engineering. Work directly with founders and designers to turn ideas into polished, performant mobile experiences. Build and scale product features end-to-end from UI components to API integrations. Solve real technical problems- performance bottlenecks, state management at scale, and cross-platform edge cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & build automation frameworks from scratch (UI + API + integration)
• Write high-quality, scalable, maintainable test automation code
• Build automation around:
• Mobile app flows (Android/iOS)
• Backend APIs
• Critical workflows (auth, chat, premium, notifications)
• Create a structured release reliability layer (regression automation + smoke suite)
• Work closely with dev & product to identify risk areas and improve architecture quality
• Improve overall engineering standards reliability, performance, observability, test coverage
• Diagnose root causes of complex issues using logs, traces, DB checks, network debugging
• Contribute to system design discussions, architecture reviews, and scalability planning
• Define best practices for quality, code reviews, CI automation, and deployment gates.
• Build and scale product features end-to-end—from UI components to API integrations.
• Work directly with founders and designers to turn ideas into polished, performant mobile experiences
• Solve real technical problems: performance bottlenecks, state management at scale, and cross-platform edge cases

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on programming in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong fundamentals in:
• data structures, OOP, clean code practices - debugging + reasoning
• 1–2 years building production React Native apps (internships count if you shipped real features)
• Strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Comfortable with DSA fundamentals and debugging complex issues independently
• Familiarity with React Native's new architecture is a plus
• Self-starter who asks good questions, takes ownership, and learns fast

Good to Have (Highly Preferred)
