We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing sales deals.
πΉ Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through calls, references, and property portals
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Follow up with clients and convert prospects into bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of local property market
- Graduate in any stream
