Your Role Summary
As the Product & Catalog Manager, you will organize, manage, and maintain a comprehensive catalog of products or services while leading your team of catalog executives. You will ensure smooth product flow, efficient cataloging processes, and continuous improvement through technology adoption. This position provides you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and sellers to enable accurate listings, timely product updates, and an enhanced customer experience.

Your Role Summary
As the Product & Catalog Manager, you will organize, manage, and maintain a comprehensive catalog of products or services while leading your team of catalog executives. You will ensure smooth product flow, efficient cataloging processes, and continuous improvement through technology adoption. This position provides you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and sellers to enable accurate listings, timely product updates, and an enhanced customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the category management team to ensure a smooth and operationally effective product flow for cataloging and reduction of order discrepancies.
- Promote and implement tech-driven solutions to streamline your workflows and build automation capabilities within your team.
- Assist sellers and vendors in understanding catalog tools and provide support for product listing, catalog creation, and shipment-related issues.
- Handle and resolve queries related to inbounding, product-related concerns, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with vendors, sellers, and internal teams for catalog creation, product imaging, and content accuracy.
- Identify and evaluate trending products for potential launch opportunities.
