Job Description

Cascade Living Group has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, dynamic Senior Housing Regional Vice President of Operations to join our team and lead our senior living communities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care) in the Western United States (primarily/potentially exclusively in Oregon). As a key Home Office Support team member, the position will provide support, direction, and oversight to assigned communities.

As a Senior Housing Regional Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the total operations of assigned communities, including resident care, associate care, financial management, and marketing/sales. You will also assist with operations within the assigned region (primarily/potentially exclusively Oregon).

Qualifications

  • Requires 10+ years of solid operational experience as an Executive Director in Senior Housing or a Regional Operations Director in Senior Housing; demonstrated success with team building, census development, and financial management.
  • Multi-site Senior Housing operations experience required.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and apply it to operations.
  • Successful history of building sales and meeting financial goals. Proven success at the community and regional level.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work collaboratively at all levels.
  • Strong management and judgment skills, including organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, web proficiency, and exposure to senior living-specific software programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% weekly, including overnight travel within the Pacific Northwest (primarily Oregon).
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to Oregon.

$160,000 – $180,000/annually
