About the Role

We’re looking for a PR & communications leader who can shape how Ola is seen by the world. If you’ve spent a decade building media relationships, leading teams, and managing high-stakes communication, this role puts you at the center of conversations in mobility, policy, and public perception.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the communication strategy across media, government, public, and internal stakeholders
• Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and key opinion leaders
• Drive crisis communication efforts, handling policy, regulatory, judicial, and public matters with clarity and speed
• Partner with business, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging
• Mentor and guide a team of communication professionals, ensuring alignment across functions
• Shape storytelling that reinforces Ola’s vision in mobility, sustainability, and technology

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams
• Strong media connections and the ability to shape narratives in the public space
• Experience managing crisis communication, particularly in policy and regulatory environments
• Exposure to allied areas such as marketing, branding, and digital communication
• Passion for mobility, innovation, and the future of transport
