- Coordinate with internal and external stake holders Control the margins provided and also discounts offered to achieve the sales.
- Identify locations and set timelines. Set expansion targets
- Improve and adherence of retail processes, strategic initiatives, B&M activity
- Work with MDPs to ensure collections come in as per the norms and ensuring Distributor liability to MFL is cleared
- Ensure that stock returns are within norms
- identify gap and place new products in relevant formats, ensure core availability and L2L growth
- Identify areas of learning for the team and ensure training and projects are planned
