Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to take on the role of Strategic Project Manager in the Founder's Office. This individual will work closely with the Founder to lead and execute multiple high-priority projects across sales, marketing, growth, and operations. You will be instrumental in driving the company’s strategic agenda and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic projects across various functions including sales, marketing, growth, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business challenges.
• Utilize data to drive decision-making, improve processes, and optimize business performance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
• Handle people management responsibilities, ensuring team alignment and motivation across various projects.
• Apply operational expertise from previous roles to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present analytical reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to the Founder and senior leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting.
• MBA (or equivalent) from a Tier-1 management college.
• Proven experience in project management, operations, and analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
