Job Description
Sales Responsibilities:
• Drive regional sales targets and business development for sports infrastructure projects.
• Identify and convert opportunities across schools, colleges, corporates, real estate developers, government & private institutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales funnel and ensure timely order closures.
• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, PMCs, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collections Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end collections for assigned region and clients.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with finance, projects, and clients to resolve billing & payment issues.
• Track ageing reports, control receivables, and improve cash flow.
• Maintain collection targets and reduce overdue amounts.
• Escalate critical delays and negotiate payment schedules with clients.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 6–12 years of experience in B2B project sales & collections, preferably in construction, infrastructure, interiors, or turnkey projects.
• Strong experience in handling institutional & project-based collections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of contracts, billing cycles, and payment terms.
• Willingness to travel across Karnataka region.
