Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates must have recruitment experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Automobile industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding.
Ensure smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Mandatory experience hiring for Logistics, Manufacturing, or Automobile sector roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Immediate joiners preferred.
