Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow for a Real Estate Salesperson. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. The tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining market knowledge, and building long-term relationships with clients. The salesperson will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders such as property owners, potential buyers, and professional peers within the real estate field.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Experience in Real Property management and understanding of Real Estate market trends
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with and satisfy client needs
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the local property market in Lucknow is a plus
Proactive approach and the ability to work independently
