QA manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced QA – Manager to lead both Manual & Automation Testing teams and ensure seamless product performance across QA and Production environments. The role also involves driving organizational quality standards including CMMI and ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee end-to-end testing activities

Ensure smooth module closures in QA environment

Create detailed and presentable test reports for senior management

Define and set SOW (Scope of Work) for testing personnel

Prepare presentations & documentation summarizing defects and quality metrics

Track and maintain CMMI & ISO certifications at the organizational level

Ensure work allocation within the team delivers consistent, high-quality results

Education

Graduate or above (Science or relevant stream) with First Class.
