Job Description
Project Manager (Pre-Opening & Capex)
Role Purpose
Deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per design intent till handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate civil, MEP, interiors
- Track timelines, BOQs, and budgets
- Vendor & contractor management
- Ensure fire, safety, and statutory approvals
- Coordinate tenant fit-out guidelines
- Snag list & final handover
KPIs
- Project completion timelines
- Cost variance %
- Quality audit scores
- Zero compliance deviations
Experience
- 7–12 years in commercial / mall projects
- Strong MEP + fit-out knowledge essential
Salary
- 20000-25000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
