Job Description – Project Administrator

King Rose Construction (www.kingroseny.com) is an entrepreneurial, growing construction company headquartered in New York City, specializing in commercial fit-outs. Our clients include Columbia University, NASA and many other prestigious organizations. We have our Project Management Office, King Rose Services Private Limited in Bangalore which provides backend support to the team in New York. King Rose Services is a subsidiary to King Rose Construction.

This position will support projects in the New York City market and be an active member of the project team. Candidates must be passionate about construction. The position works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.

Responsibilities:

• Compose Submittals

• Process Requests for Information

• Process Change Orders

• Post Daily Reports

• Prepare Meeting Minutes

• Coordinate with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; AutoCad is a plus

• Ability to read Architectural and/or Engineering drawings

• Fluency in conversational and written English is must

• Must have 3 to 5 years of working experience

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience

• Cab services provided for Female employees and transport reimbursements for Male employees

• Year-end Bonus

• Medical Insurance Travel to New York City!

• After 1 year of employment the New York headquarters will apply for a business visa to the USA on your behalf.

• Upon Visa approval, the company will send you for an all-expenses paid trip to York for 1-3 months of training.

Location: Arekere, Bengaluru

Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (Saturday & Sunday off)
