Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates having a high school diploma will also be considered.
Work experience as a Production Coordinator

Skills

Demonstrate phenomenal understanding and knowledge of social media networking platforms.
Ability to build relationships via social media platforms.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Good presenting skills and interpersonal skills.

Impressive portfolio link.
Should have a personal vehicle to travel across Ahmedabad to visit targeted locations.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure execution happens strictly as per the approved brief, scope, and creative guidelines.
Coordinate end-to-end production activities for shoots, campaigns, and events
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercials and terms with vendors, suppliers, and models
Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, payments, and cost optimization
Source and coordinate with models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other creatives
Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and execution plans
Ensure production stays within approved budgets and timelines
Liaise between creative, client servicing, and external partners
Oversee logistics including locations, equipment, props, travel, and permissions
Handle production documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth shoot-day operations
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and talent for future projects
Post-production coordination including deliverables, invoices, and closure reports
