Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process / Sales Coordinator based in Kolkata. The Process / Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and supporting the execution of sales operations. The role entails maintaining customer relationships, optimizing sales processes, handling customer service needs, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service

- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to resolve customer issues promptly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
- Experience in the agricultural industry or similar domain is an advantage
