Job Summary

As a Principal Infra Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that enhance our development processes. With a focus on continuous integration and deployment you will leverage your expertise in various DevOps tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure the seamless integration of infrastructure components contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that support continuous integration and deployment processes.
Oversee the integration of various DevOps tools such as Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and ArgoCD to optimize workflows.
Provide technical expertise in Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps to enhance cloud-based infrastructure capabilities.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components into existing systems.
Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins X JenkinsCloudBees and CircleCI.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of infrastructure solutions by utilizing TeamCity and Bamboo.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
Implement best practices for infrastructure security and compliance to protect company assets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure performance and efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Github Actions Gitlab CI and Jenkins.
Demonstrate proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps for infrastructure management.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Have a solid understanding of infrastructure security best practices and compliance standards.
Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant certifications being a plus.
