Job Description

Title: Principal Data Scientist

Location: India (Remote)

Position Type: Full-Time

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup/GovTech experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP (transformers, embeddings, RAG), OCR, and computer vision.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Bonus: Experience working with permitting, regulatory, or compliance datasets.
