What you’ll do

• Lead civil, environmental, and site development design projects
• Provide technical oversight and perform hands-on design work
• Review plans, specifications, calculations, reports, and permit packages
• Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team
• Serve as a technical lead with clients and internal stakeholders
• Support proposals, scoping, fee development, and project planning
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across survey, environmental, geotechnical, QA/QC, and materials testing
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth efforts

What they need

• PE license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8 to 10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Leadership or management experience
• Comfortable balancing team leadership with direct design execution
• AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software experience
• Ability to manage projects from concept through construction
