Plant Manager

Our client, an innovative, entrepreneurial manufacturing company, is looking for a Plant Manager who can set up quality control from scratch and manage the whole building. The Plant Manager owns the facility and long-term strategy.

Focus:

• Systems, Quality (ISO 9001), and long-term scaling.
• ISO Compliance & Scrap Reduction %.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Successfully conducted an ISO audit and managed multiple departments (CNC, Fab, Assembly).
• Proficiency leading an ISO rollout.
• Ability to build the machine/system that allows the shop to run.
