Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Supervising Project Teams: Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful execution.
Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams: Align project objectives and deliverables with various teams to ensure cohesive progress.
Monitoring Progress: Track project performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications

BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering on regular basis and Post Graduate diploma in project management from NICMAR.
Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera and other relevant tools is a must. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
17+ years of industry experience out of which must have 10 years of experience in Hydro/PSP sector.
