Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager with PV Solar Inverter experience to join our team, to be based in Chennai, India

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare and finalize ITP & procedure as per project requirements.
Conduct Inspection as per ITP & procedure.
Review contract specifications.
Review of report as per ITP/Procedure & verify compliance report and issuance of MDCC.
Understand the project quality requirement and implementation.
Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
Improvement in process to reduce rework, rejections. Capture.
To prepare RCA for non-conformity.
Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection & supplier audit.

Education & Experience:

Strong Technical Knowledge of PV solar inverter
Minimum 4 years of experience in PV solar inverter manufacturing preferably in quality, testing or service department.
Additional 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality of PV plant.
