Job Description:

• Role- Lead Analyst
• Position- Lead Business Analyst / Associate Consultant
• Experience- 06 to 10 Years
• Job Location- Pune, Greater Noida & Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and SnowSQL
• Role involves requirement gathering, user story creation, data analysis, data validation, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure high-quality data delivery within an Agile product environment.
• Working closely with business users, understanding of data pipelines, partnering with developers to optimize data flow, requirement elicitation/documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, exposure to large-scale data environments, ability to independently troubleshoot data issues.

Education / Qualification- BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate
