Role Description

This is a volunteer, on-site role located in the United States. The Outreach Manager will lead initiatives to build and nurture relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing outreach strategies, coordinating events and campaigns, and managing communications to promote VividSense’s mission. The role also involves maintaining a database of contacts, providing reports, and assisting with public relations efforts.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Community Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Experience in Event Coordination and Campaign Management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and Project Management abilities
  • Proficiency in Public Relations or Marketing processes
  • Familiarity with Nonprofit Organizations or Experience in Assistive Technology is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent experience is preferred
