About The Role

We seek a Field Engineer with expertise to manage on premises/cloud network and hardware infrastructure and support AI tool deployments at client industrial sites. Hands-on with servers, networking, and field integration ensures system reliability in AI-driven manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of network and hardware infrastructure based on both On-Premises and Cloud solutions. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Installation of hardware and commissioning for all project-related equipment.
Oversee site activities including surveys, layouts, material handling, and integration of Ripik's AI tools for real-time monitoring.
Coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with designs and safety standards, and use AI insights for process optimization.
Prepare reports on project progress, downtime prevention, and efficiency gains; liaise with plant managers and stakeholders.
Lead replication of AI products across business sites/lines for key accounts.
Participate in senior client business development discussions and product demos.
Lead deployments at key client sites.

Required Skills

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, IT, or related field.
3-5 years in industrial/construction sites, preferably manufacturing.
Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring tools, AutoCAD, surveying; strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Willing to travel to client sites in India and conduct field inspections.
