Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support daily portfolio reconciliations (positions, trades, cash, FX, P&L)
Assist in monitoring portfolio risk metrics (exposure, beta, liquidity, stress testing)
Review trade bookings and ensure accuracy across systems
Liaise with administrators, brokers, and counterparties to resolve breaks
Contribute to internal risk reporting and investor reporting materials
Assist in improving processes, controls, and automation
Support fund audits, compliance queries, and operational due diligence
Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation
Contributing to marketing materials, investor presentations and monthly factsheets

What We’re Looking For

Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with data
Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Curious, commercially aware, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong Excel skills
Ability to code and automate tasks (VBA, Python or similar preferred)
Good understanding of financial instruments (derivatives, equities, FX, preferred)
