Officer- R&D Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities

Internal product approvals, FSSAI Licensing & Documentation, documenting & finalization shelf-life studies and NI Test reports, specifications development for RM & FG, NI LOI sheet development, providing supporting documents for label claims & artwork approvals and meet proposed Launch dates of the products.

Close developmental work by line trials, conduct shelf life studies and finalize specifications

• Timely approvals of artworks/ communication on mails of all products and SKUs.

• 100% compliance check of artwork as per Food safety and standards regulations, Legal metrology regulations, ICMR RDA-2022 and other related legislations
• Timely Regulatory Meetings conducted for compliance updates.

Zero non-compliance cases in claims and advertisements.

100% documentation submission for all product endorsement applications and query response submissions

• Interaction with industry stakeholders and regulatory compliance meeting with government bodies.
• Ensure ingredients & additives in NPD are permissible and under acceptable limits.
• Compliance to Advertisement & Claims/Labelling & Display Regulations

Conducting ATFL Internal Regulatory meeting as per product requirements and their claim/FSSAI Orders/ directions/ Advisories/ Guidelines/ Draft & Gazette regulations

Requirements

• Work experience as a R&D Regulatory Affairs
• Familiarity with Food industry is a plus
• Min Experience: 1-5 years
• Education Qualification: B-tech Food Technology
• Location: Kothur, Telangana.
