Job Description

Job Title: Architect

Our Present daily working hours are from: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

Sundays 2nd 4th Saturdays are weekly holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in architectural design and planning.
  • Prepare drawings, models, and presentations for projects.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
  • Collaborate with senior architects and other team members.
  • Prepare necessary documents and reports for projects.
  • Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Utilize architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with building information modeling (BIM).

Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
