Role: AI/ML Developer (with Computer Vision Expertise)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Developer with over 5+ years of experience, including hands

on expertise in Computer Vision Engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy

machine learning models and computer vision solutions to solve real-world problems across various

domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
Design and deploy computer vision algorithms for image classification, object detection,

segmentation, OCR, and video analytics.

Pre process and annotate image/video datasets for training and evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production

systems.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and computer vision.
Document model architecture, training procedures, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related

field.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ year in computer

vision projects.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and scikit-learn.
Experience with image processing, feature extraction, and deep learning architectures (CNNs,

GANs, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools (Docker,

Kubernetes).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with real-time video processing and edge deployment.
Knowledge of 3D vision, SLAM, or AR/VR technologies.
Familiarity with annotation tools and dataset management platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
