Role Overview :
We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to design, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Dynamics CRM solutions.

We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to design, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Dynamics CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics CRM Functional Consulting
- Act as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant across implementations and support projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business processes
- Configure entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
- Configure business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, and security roles
- Customize Dynamics CRM modules such as :
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Marketing (preferred)
- Field Service (nice to have)
- Support data migration, validation, and cleansing activities
- Work with technical teams on integrations with third-party applications
- Support integration using Power Platform, APIs, or middleware tools
- Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards using Dynamics CRM and Power BI
- Participate in full lifecycle CRM implementations (requirement gathering to go-live)
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production issues
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Conduct functional workshops and demos
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related functional discussions
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and customization
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT
- Understanding of CRM data model and security framework
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps preferred)
- Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins (functional understanding)
- Data Migration & Integration (SSIS / APIs functional exposure)
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Power BI (nice to have)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing or Field Service
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience working in remote delivery models
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Documentation and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Fully Remote role
