Role Description
The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram districts. Responsibilities include leading and managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded in assigned regions. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to foster client relationships, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include handling negotiations, monitoring team performance, distributor management and providing regular sales reports to higher management.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy implementation and market analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in planning, reporting, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively
- Familiarity with FMCG especially oral care, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Kottayam travel as required
