Marketplace Executive

Suganda Skincare is multi award winning Skincare brand based out of Hyderabad.

The Marketplace Executive will be the single point of contact for all marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, etc.) and will be responsible for marketplace revenue, operations, and coordination. This role focuses on execution, hygiene, and timely follow-ups to ensure smooth sales and zero revenue leakage.

• Own day-to-day operations of all marketplaces
• Track and grow marketplace revenue against targets
• Maintain correct stock availability and raise low-stock alerts
• Create and send POs on time; coordinate dispatches with ops team
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers and external agencies
• Execute promotions, deals, coupons, and sale events
• Monitor listing health (suppression, pricing errors, images, content)
• Track daily sales, returns, and operational issues
• Share daily marketplace revenue & stock report

• Marketplace revenue vs target
• Zero stock-outs due to delay or negligence
• 100% on-time PO creation and dispatch coordination
• All promotions submitted before deadlines
• Accurate daily reporting before 11 AM
