Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Trainer based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Marketing Trainer will design and deliver training programs, mentor participants, and assess marketing performance. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies for social media marketing campaigns, coaching teams, analyzing sales techniques, and effectively communicating marketing insights to enhance outcomes. Collaboration with team members to achieve training and organizational objectives is also expected.

- Strong skills in Marketing and Sales, with the ability to design and implement innovative strategies
- Proficiency in Communication and Social Media Marketing to effectively engage various audiences
- Experience in conducting Training sessions focused on professional development or marketing-related topics
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with emerging marketing trends and tools is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
