Role will include:
Review and validate drawings against the BOQ to ensure error free production.
Provide Quotations to clients for various revisions of specifications as and when needed.
Check CAD layouts and recount quantities before production to prevent discrepancies.
Verify SKU codes and CMF on sign-off drawings to eliminate errors in fabric and laminate shade
selection during production.
Monitor and oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion.
Participate in techno-commercial discussions with clients to align expectations and technical
feasibility.
Work closely with Sourcing & Design team to optimize costing during new product development.
Collaborate with the design and sourcing team to optimize workflows and minimize lead times.
Identify potential bottlenecks in the production process and implement corrective measures.
Provide prompt and efficient support to the sales team by offering quick and practical solutions.
Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, decision and changes for future reference.
Identify product fitment to customer needs & find customization needs. Suggest alternate products
with an overall objective of maintaining GM>25% for the business.
Relationship Management with various vendors and suppliers.
Requirements –
1. Proficiency in Excel – Moderate to advance (VLOOKUP).
2. Broad knowledge of Materials, Packaging, Manufacturing & basic Costing.
3. Must be willing to travel occasionally to sites and to meet Vendors & amp; Suppliers.
