Job Description

Sikich is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - HR with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the HR & TA functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage HR related activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Closely work with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
  • Manage performance review, compensation, and benefits processes.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and build talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate with US HRBPs.
  • Measure key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual hiring targets.
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including communication, application process and interview process).
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and other avenues.
  • Coordinate with business schools/colleges for campus placement.


Requirements for Successful Candidate

  • MBA in Human Resource Management, or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR & TA.
  • Managed team having 10+ team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners. and candidates).
  • Strong experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good understanding of employment/labor laws.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
