  • Define productivity metrics and align operating definitions with QC teams.
  • Simplify and digitize data for reporting QC productivity metrics.
  • Publish monthly QC productivity metrics reports for all labs.
  • Identify improvement levers for QC productivity and develop action plans to address them, reporting progress regularly.
  • Manage projects and track the deployment of new technology in QC. Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in operations, with a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Minitab.
  • Proven track record of executing high-value projects.

2 To 5 Years Work Experience

MBA with B Tech (Chem. Engg.) /B.Pharm /M. Pharm
