Job Description
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in risk management, data analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services or a collections environment.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, and SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of credit risk principles, collection processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
