Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and deal assessments
- Lead due diligence activities across financial, operational, and strategic areas
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution
- Drive post-merger integration planning and synergy realization
- Align M&A initiatives with long-term corporate strategy and growth plans
- Prepare insights and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions
- 5–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Background in Private Equity, Big-4 transaction advisory, or tier-1 consulting firms
- Hands-on experience closing buy-side M&A transactions
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis
- Experience managing due diligence processes and transaction execution
