Role Overview:

It is a technology-first movement redefining branding in Bihar. We are seeking a State Head—a disciplined commander who can manage a state-wide network of field agents and enforce a high-tech, zero-error business model.

Core Responsibilities (The Scope of Work):

• Command & Control: Recruit and manage a disciplined force of 100+ 'Prachar Yoddhas' across all districts of Bihar.

• Zero-Cash Enforcement: Strictly uphold our "No-Cash Handling" policy, ensuring 100% digital, bank-to-bank transactions.

• Randomized Logistics: Oversee our unique "Random Delivery System" to ensure absolute transparency and zero manipulation.

• Quality Audits: Act as the final authority on our 9.5/10 Quality Standard by conducting video and physical audits of manufacturing vendors.

• Integrity Management: Monitor real-time payment confirmations and system alerts to prevent any discrepancies (Gafalat).

Candidate Profile:

• Ex-Air Force (Y-Group) or Ex-Servicemen with a strong background in administrative discipline and field management.

• A "Rules-First" mindset with zero tolerance for financial or operational indiscipline.

• Tech-savvy enough to manage AI-driven workflows and GPS-based reporting.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle large-scale teams in Bihar.
