• At least 4 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.
• Extensive experience working with multicultural teams around the world.
• Solid project management skills and a delivery mindset.

What will your job look like?

You Will

• Develop and manage end-to-end learning programs - from needs analysis to implementation.
• Design innovative learning solutions and frameworks tailored to business goals.
• Collaborate with content experts, team members, and stakeholders globally.
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple interfaces.
• Work in a collaborative Scrum structure, designing and delivering learning solutions iteratively with global stakeholders.
