Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose Of The Role)
To lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across designated projects within the Strategic Business Group (SBG). The role focuses on planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of MEP works to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, cost, and timeline parameters. The incumbent acts as the key interface between design, procurement, execution, and subcontractors to ensure seamless MEP delivery.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Internal Stakeholder : For progress tracking, resource alignment, and issue resolution, For drawing approvals, design clarifications, and coordination, For timely availability of materials and vendor coordination
External Stakeholder
For work inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications, For execution planning and work progress, For material delivery, installation support, and technical guidance
Knowledge And Experience
Minimum Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Years of Experience : 10–15 years

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for MEP works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.
- Drive performance monitoring of subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards in MEP execution across sites.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of MEP progress, quality, and cost compliance.
