Experienced in sales profile hiring,(Bulk Hiring)
Location: Pune, India Experience: 0 to 6 Month
Role Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team specializing in BDS hiring or sales profile With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-tier talent, the ideal candidate must have 0 to 6 months of experience in recruiting and are passionate about finding and engaging top talent, we invite you to be a part of our thriving team. Responsibilities- Use job boards, social media, and networks to find potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and select candidates for interviews.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.
Required Skill Sets: 1. Must a MBA graduate or Certified HR Professional
